who we are

Newport Center Surgical is an avant-garde facility using cutting-edge technology to provide the highest level of patient care. Our modern surgical center is located a short distance from Fashion Island in Newport Beach, CA. Our staff is comprised of 16 experienced, board-certified physicians providing excellent care in sports medicine, orthopedic surgery, women's health, gastroenterology, advanced pain management techniques and plastic surgery.

In our 7,000sq ft facility, we have two spacious surgical suites and a special procedure room furnished with state-of-the-art medical equipment.  For your comfort and privacy, we also provide private preoperative and postoperative recovery rooms. Newport Center Surgical is an Accredited Medicare Deemed Facility by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC).

OUR HISTORY

how it all began

The center was founded by a close group of surgeons in Newport Beach. After operating for many years at various local surgery centers in the area, they felt they could provide better quality care, patient safety, and efficiency than the centers where they operated at the time. After a year of planning, developing, building and staffing, Newport Center Surgical proudly opened in 2004. When the center opened, we specialized in orthopedic, gynecology and cosmetic procedures. We added gastroenterology and pain management in the following years.

Qualified Staffing

Our registered nurses and qualified surgical technicians are licensed by the state of California. All staff have CPR and ACLS training and receive continued medical education annually.

Extensive Experience

All clinical staff members have extensive hospital experience. Our team averages 10+ years of outpatient surgical care knowledge with ongoing in-service training.
